Weekly mini workshops focused on exploration of the Root Chakra - Muladhara. Please note, the 8 mini workshops, held every Monday starting April 30th, are unapologetically spiritual and will include a balanced experience of yoga asana, mantra and meditation. Our intention is to offer the FULL experience of yoga (not just the physical postures).
Kundalini Aquarian Sadhana will be starting up April 16th at 5:30am. See below for further information

KUNDALINI AQUARIAN SADHANA
MONDAY APRIL 16TH - MAY 25TH 5:30am - 8:00am
5:30am - 6:00am : Jap Ji
6:00am - 7:00am : Kriya for the Muladhara chakra and ending meditation to balance all the chakras
7:00am - 8:00am - Aquarian Mantras
8:00am - 8:15 Savasana with Gong
There are 4 flexible ways to participate. Please read below and decide which you are ready for at this time and register by e-mailing Nita-Rose at firstname.lastname@example.org
1. You commit to the 40 day challenge and join us every morning at 5:30am - 8:15am for 40 days for the full 2.5 hour Aquarian Sadhana. (On mornings you are unable to be present, you will be given a copy of the kriya and meditation and you commit to keeping up with the challenge at home until you are able to rejoin the group)
2. You arrive at 6:00am (skipping the JapJi) and commit to the 40 day challenge of joining every morning from 6:00am - 8:15am for the yoga, meditation, mantra and svasana. (again, if you are unable to be present every morning, you commit to the practice at home and rejoin on the mornings you can. A copy of the kriya and meditation will be provided)
3. You arrive at 6:00am and commit to a 40 day practice of yoga and meditation and leave at 7:00am (skipping japji, the Aquarian chants and svasana with gong)
4. You do not commit to the 40 day challenge, but you do let Nita-Rose be aware on the evening before, that you will be joining us (you can again decide to arrive at 5:30am and stay for 2.5 hours, or arrive at 6:00am and stay 90 minutes, or arrive 6:00am and stay for an hour to do the kriya and meditation)
The 40 day morning sadhana will be working with Muladhara chakra and a meditation to balance all the chakras as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
The Kundalini Aquarian Sadhana is 2.5 hours of chanting the Japji, followed by kundalini yoga and a meditation and ending with the Aquarian mantras. We conclude with a savasana while the Gong is played.
