Introducing the Labyrinth with SoulCollage® in a day of silent retreat for reviewing, reflecting, affirming and intending.

Join us as we meet the season of Spring and the time for renewal, for transformation by preparing our hearts, our relationships and our world through reflection.  Lets give time to this important work of inner gardening.

This is a year we strive for what is ultimately fulfilling and meaningful. How can we move powerfully with purpose, in our personal lives and for this world? What can we plant with tenderness - what do we want to watch grow and blossom?

Within the embrace of a sacred circle, we will explore these questions through the Labyrinth, with song, meditation and SoulCollage®,  Come and tend the garden of life, and lets plant the seeds of the future together.

Please join us for a day of deep inner reflection - Using the Labyrinth as our container for holding and integrating our process of meditation and integration, with SoulCollage® as the tools of gardening our own inner flower bed.  Together, we will individually till the soil of this moment and plant the new seeds of our deepest intention for our lives, for the planet.  Leaving with a promise in our hearts to water and nurture these tender seeds of intention so they may transform from seed to blossom throughout the year.

The format of the Spring Gardening Retreat is quite simple. We gather as a group. We learn several beautiful chants that we will use throughout the experience. We spend time greeting each other and preparing to enter the sacred space of the Silent Retreat. We then move to the Labyrinth and do a ceremony with song, movement and guided meditation that sets the tone and creates a safe and expansive environment for each to have her/his "intention" heard and supported, as well as a warm and nurturing environment for us all to experience a community of heart.

We then move into SoulCollage®, creating images that represent an aspect of our inner gardening (weeding, composting, digging, uncovering, tilling, watering or planting).  A break for lunch and then we are invited to share our stories and to be witnessed as we plant new dreams. We encourage everyone to consider all their experiences in the event as part of their spring gardening.

We end walking the Labyrinth for silent integrating and processing and affirming.
